Emerald City Chess Club

The Emerald City Chess Club is a coalition of chess enthusiasts in Eugene, Oregon and surrounding areas. We are an ASUO recognized group, as well as a USCF recognized club. We host a weekly gathering on Thursdays at 6:00pm in the EMU Fishbowl (on University of Oregon campus).

Weekly Events:
These events occur on a weekly basis, unless otherwise noted.

Mondays: Game night at Cowfish Danceclub & Lounge. 62 W Broadway. Chess players welcome.

Wednesdays: Chess at the Campbell Center. 9AM-12PM. 155 High St.

Thursdays: Official Emerald City Chess Club Meeting. 6PM EMU Fishbowl (map). Sets and clocks are provided.

Saturdays: Chess at the Strand (Theo's Coffee / Cozmic Pizza). Afternoon.
